On-line Order Return / Change Policies
We offer the best quality and value. Within 14 days of receiving your order, you may return any unused, unopened items (excluding special orders) for a refund, or exchange. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If we made an error on your order we will fix the order immediately at no charge to you. Call us at 330.468.2004 for return authorization before you ship your return. Returns received may be subject to additional charges. Please include a copy of the receipt with the return authorization noted along with the unused product and original packaging. We will replace damaged items at no additional charge.

Restocking Fee
Should your item arrive damaged, a full refund or a replacement will be issued. We must be notified about a defective item within 72 hours of its arrival. If the item is returned for any other reason, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed and shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.


To Return or Exchange an item
1. Complete the section of your invoice titled Exchange/Return form and note the return authorization here and on the shipping label. Next to the item you are returning, indicate on the form the quantity and reason for each return item. Also indicate exchange or additional order items. 2. Box the item securely. The original invoice is required. Enclose the invoice plus all original packaging and accessories. 3. Address your package for shipping to the following address: F & E Check Protector Company 9080 Olde Eight Road Northfield, OH 44067 4. We will issue a credit to the original credit card or issue a refund check if paid by check for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted. Shipping charges are not refundable, and shipping will be charged for the new items(s) sent.


Credit Card and Special Payment Terms
We offer a number of payment options for our customers. Typically, the first order placed on-line requires payment with a credit card. Preferred pricing terms are available for existing customers after requesting, submitting & approval of a credit application. Call us at 330.468.2004 to request a credit application for your next order.

Order Changes or Cancellations
You may change or cancel your order prior to shipment. After shipment, we cannot make changes. Changes or cancellations cannot be made on "rush" orders.


Special & Custom Order Items
If we made an error on your order we will fix the order immediately at no charge to you. If you made an error in your order, unfortunately we cannot issue a return or refund because we are unable to recover our cost on special order items. We do our best to minimize the chance for errors by helping you collect the necessary information to process your order. Please note any special instructions on the shopping cart order form.


Shipping & Handling Policy
FE Check Pros has a policy of keeping your shipping costs low. We do this by charging actual UPS rates and a nominal per order handling fee. UPS Orders will be shipped same or next day (subject to stock availability). Orders returned to us due to a non-deliverable address will incur additional shipping charges to reship. If a returned order is cancelled, shipping charges will not be refunded. UPS is responsible for their delivery times. These guarantees do not cover delays due to natural disasters, or weather. We are not responsible for UPS delays. Any short shipment claims must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of shipment for resolution. Please note any special instructions on the shopping cart order form.


Price Adjustments
If we lower our price for items sold on-line within 14 days of an order, we will provide a price refund upon request.
