• The new PS-400 folder/sealer is ideal for the medium to large volume processing of one-piece mailers. And it’s easy... Print your documents on Pressure Seal Forms, put them in the PS-400 and switch it on. Moments later your documents will have been folded and sealed ready for posting.
• Fitting easily into any office environment, the PS-400 will work with your existing impact or laser printer. By folding and sealing your forms at up to 12,000 forms per hour, the PS-400 will leave you with time to concentrate on other tasks. With the pressure seal process there’s no liquid glue or heat, therefore no risk of mess or burns.
• Paper flow is electronically monitored and the system will automatically shut down in the event of interruption; you can immediately begin operations without disrupting document sequence or count. In addition, an out feed counter is a standard feature, that allows easy calculation of processed documents.

Electronic Tabletop Design

Features:

• Easy operation in a convenient office location.
• The PS-300 will work with your existing impact or laser printer. It includes a standard large paper hopper and conveyer while paper flow is electronically monitored.
• The system will automatically shut down in the event of any interruption; operation can resume immediately without disrupting document sequence or count.
• In addition, an out feed counter is a standard feature, that allows easy calculation of processed documents. As an option, the PS-300 can be configured with the PS-V, Vertical Outfeed Stacker.

• This is an ideal system for processing medium to high volumes of confidential documents on continuous feed paper.
• The processing speed is adjustable up to 10,000 forms per hour; it is designed to allow the removal of processed documents and waste material without great effort; and the unique roller removal system enables easy cleaning of equipment.
• The pressure seal concept is simple, effective and essential for processing checks, direct deposit, remittance statements, tax notification and pension forms.

LASERSEAL
Stand Alone Preasure Seal Configuration

Our LaserSeal, configured as a standalone pressure seal machine, represents a new level of quality in the low cost, desktop sized market. Previously available machines have not offered the robust construction, intelligent design and low price point that our LaserSeal offers.

LASERSEAL
InLine Configuration

The Inline version of the LaserSeal pressure seal machine solves the main shortcoming of previous inline machines on the market which is compatibility with more than one type of laser printer.

Our LaserSeal InLine product is compatible with five different laser printer brands and over 12 different laser printer models. We are currently testing more desktop laser printers to expand this list of compatible laser printers even more, including color laser printers.

The addition of color laser to a pressure seal document opens up a whole new range of uses for Pressure Seal Self Mailer documents.

Ideal for the small volume processing of one-piece mailers. And it's this easy... print your documents on pressure seal paper, put them in the PS-20 and switch on. Moments later, your documents are folded, sealed and ready for posting.

Quiet, compact, user-friendly design handles most popular V, C and Z fold formats. It has a very small form factor with paper infeed and outfeed located on the same end of the machine. With this design, the PS-20 works well in small office environments or in offices without a lot of extra space. The PS20 offers a desktop sized solution that achieves fast and easy processing of pressure seal documents.
